Tri-County Community Council, Inc. administers the following programs with funding received from various sources.  For more information on the services provided please contact Angie Moore, Community Resource Director.

Using the Online FASTRACK System is the quickest way to expedite your services. You must upload the Required Documents into the system by scanning or taking pictures of the documents.

All household members age 18 and over with no income must complete the Self-Declaration Form

Please complete the Utility Bill Certification Form if the utility bill is not in the customer or household member's name. The person whose name is on the bill must complete and sign this form.

Social security numbers of applicants and household members are requested using the Notice Regarding Collection of Social Security Numbers Form. This information is necessary to determine eligibility for program services and specifically for the following purposes:

  1. To verify an applicant’s identity.
    To verify household size.
    3. To verify household income.

Available also is the Printable LIHEAP Application. This must be completed and mailed with all the Required Documents to

Also note that submitting either an online application or an application by mail does not guarantee service. 

Once you submit your online application, you will receive an application # - this will be your confirmation that you have successfully submitted the application.

Please be aware that processing applications take time, we ask that you please be patient and refrain from submitting another application, while we are processing the first one.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

energyThe purpose of this program is to provide assistance to meet the cost of home heating and cooling needs for eligible individuals and households and also to provide assistance in emergency situations to eligible individuals and families who are without home energy or in danger of losing home energy during a crisis.

 Emergency Food and Shelter

efs 2Emergency assistance is provided to low-income individuals for food, shelter, and utilities.

 Canning Center

peas 3A facility is available for public usage on a limited basis for pea shelling, potato peeling, and pecan cracking.  No processing on site.

Community Services Block Grant

v635Community services provided through Tri-County Community Council, Inc. include self-sufficiency, transportation, education, supportive services, youth development, emergency assistance, food pantry, and teen gifts.

Protection Is In Knowledge (PINK)
