Tri-County Community Council, Inc. (Hereinafter Agency), a private non-profit corporation founded in June 1965, is a Community Action Agency (CAA) which develop and implement comprehensive programs to serve the poor and eliminate poverty in Holmes, Walton, and Washington Counties. In October of 1997, AGENCY was designated as the CAA for Jackson and Okaloosa Counties. Additionally, AGENCY was selected in May 2000 as the CAA for Santa Rosa County and in 2004 selected to be the Coordinated Transportation Coordinator (CTC) for Bay County. July 2011 Bay County was added under our CAA umbrella.
Tri-County Community Council, Inc., is a non-profit organization with a vision to unite both the public and private sectors for the purpose of improving the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities by enhancing the opportunities for success with the goal of eliminating poverty.
