Governance

Board Structure   

The governing body of Tri-County Community Council, Inc. is the Board of Directors which is of tripartite structure.  As outlined in the bylaws, exactly one-third of the members are elected public officials, currently holding office, or their representatives.  At least one-third of the total membership must be democratically elected representatives of the low-income population.  The remaining members is of the private sector which includes officials or members of business industry, labor, religious, law enforcement, education, or other major groups and interests in the community.
